Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategic Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase student enrollment and enhance the school's reputation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
- Set short
- and long-term goals for enrollment and marketing initiatives.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:

- Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
- Create compelling content for various platforms, such as the school's website, newsletters, brochures, and social media.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Admissions Management**:

- Oversee the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for prospective families.
- Organize and host open houses, school tours, and other events to showcase the school's offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective students and follow up with families throughout the admissions process.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including current students, parents, alumni, and community organizations.
- Coordinate and promote school events, such as parent-teacher meetings, student performances, and alumni gatherings.
- Represent the school at community events and educational fairs.
- **Collaboration and Leadership**:

- Work closely with the Director of Admissions, Head of School, and other staff to align marketing and enrollment strategies with the school's mission and goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of admissions and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers and administrative staff to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging.
- **Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenditures and provide regular reports on marketing activities and ROI.
