**Position : Business Development Executive**

**Location : Penang ( Work from Home )**

As a Business Development Executive specializing in Freight Forwarding, you will be responsible for driving business growth and establishing strong relationships with potential clients in the logistics industry. Your primary focus will be on expanding our customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our range of freight forwarding services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets and revenue objectives.
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business expansion.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring terms are in line with company policies and profitability goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful business development in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding practices, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
