**Customer Experience Specialist**
**Location**: Subang Jaya
**Working Hours & Days**:
- Rotation Basis
- Monday and Sunday / 2 days OFF (Rotational)
**Salary Package**:
- Basic Salary: RM 2,400
- KPI Allowance: RM 100
- Team Allowance (Quarterly): RM 500
- Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries, concerns, or issues.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or company policies to customers.
- Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, and modifications.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions in the company's system accurately and in detail.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by being polite, empathetic, and proactive.
- Follow up on customer inquiries or requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Meet performance targets, such as call handling time and customer satisfaction goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company updates, and promotions to provide the best assistance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures in all interactions.
