- 每月和必要時準備定期人力資源報告。
- 以有組織且保密的方式歸檔和保管所有員工記錄。
- 協助人力資源任務的行政和運作。
- 不時執行與人力資源和辦公室行政相關的臨時任務。

**經驗 :**
- 擁有人力資源管理文憑/學位或同等學歷。
- 至少 2 年相關領域的工作經驗。
- 積極主動、主動、獨立且具有高度的保密性。
- 較強的溝通和人際交往能力,能夠與各級員工輕鬆互動。
- 具有較強的分析、解決問題和領導能力的團隊合作精神。
- 能夠在壓力下工作並在快節奏的環境中同時處理多項任務。
- 文憑、高級/高級/研究生文憑、專業學位、人力資源管理、商業研究/行政/管理或同等學歷。

**技能和能力:**
- 能夠適應變化並在快節奏的氛圍中運作。
- 強大的多工處理能力、對細節的關注以及出色的時間管理能力,能夠在最後期限內完成任務。
- 思想獨立、足智多謀、有責任感、極富進取心。
