**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Google Ads (Core - 70%)**
- Plan, launch, and optimize **Search campaigns** targeting high-intent keywords (brand + non-brand).
- Run **Video & Display campaigns** to drive awareness and retarget warm audiences.
- Manage **Remarketing campaigns** across Google Display Network and YouTube to re-engage website visitors and past buyers.
- Implement **audience testing and segmentation** (demographics, locations, devices).
- Conduct **ongoing keyword research** (seasonal + competitor-driven).
- Optimize landing pages, tracking, and attribution models for higher CVR and ROAS.
- Provide **weekly and monthly reporting** with actionable insights tied to revenue growth.

**Walmart Ads (Secondary - 30%)**
- Manage **Sponsored Brands campaigns (Video, Placement, Display)** to boost discoverability.
- Execute **seasonal campaigns** (e.g., heaters, end-of-season sales).
- Use **Google → Walmart attribution campaigns** to measure external traffic impact.
- Conduct ongoing **keyword tracking** using Walmart Brand Analytics.

**Cross-Channel Integration**
- Align Google Ads campaigns with **product launches** (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop).
- Test external traffic strategies**:Google Display → Amazon/Walmart listings**.
- Work with Creative Team to design **high-performing ad creatives** (video, banner, remarketing assets).
- Collaborate with PPC Manager (Amazon Ads) to ensure unified brand and keyword strategy.

**KPIs / Success Metrics**
- **Google Ads ROAS**: ≥ 3.0 (scale campaigns profitably).
- **Google Ads CTR**: ≥ 5% for search, ≥ 1% for display/video.
- **Google Ads CVR**: ≥ 2.5-3% (website), ≥ 8-10% (to marketplaces).
- **Walmart Ads ROAS**: ≥ 2.5-3.0.
- **TACoS**: Maintain under 15% of total revenue.
- **MoM Growth**: +15-20% ad-attributed sales.
- **Reporting**: Weekly dashboard + monthly insight reports.

**Skills & Requirements**
- 3-5 years **hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns** (Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing).
- Proven track record of achieving **profitable ROAS at scale** (5-6 figure monthly budgets).
- Strong analytical skills in **Google Analytics, Data Studio, or equivalent**.
- Experience with **Walmart Ads and Amazon Ads** a plus.
- Familiar with **keyword research, conversion tracking, attribution models**.
- Ability to manage **multiple campaigns across geographies (US, CA, UK, AUS)**.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
