Customer Service Representative

**Job Scope**:
1. Provide prompt and effective customer support and solutions via phone calls, ensuring adherence to designated time limits. (Non-sales: includes inbound, outbound, or social media channels).
2. Maintain and analyze customer information to enhance service quality and satisfaction.
3. Proficiently handle and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
4. Contribute to team objectives by achieving related outcomes and collaborating with colleagues as necessary.
5. Professionally manage inbound or outbound inquiries, comments, and feedback from customers.
6. Offer guidance, solutions, and timely responses to customer inquiries to address their needs effectively.
**Job Requirements**:
1. Open to Malaysian citizens.
2. Proficient in both English and Malay languages, both spoken and written.
3. Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
5. Possesses a positive personality, proactive attitude, and creative mindset.
6. Immediate availability to commence work is an added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
