**Job Title：**After Sales Service Manager
**Salary Range：**RM15,000 - RM25,000
**Working Hours：**Mon - Fri (8:30am - 5:30pm)
**Working Location：**Senai, JB
**Company Background：**Laboratary Equippment Supplier

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for the overall management of after-sales affairs in both the domestic and international markets and handling specific domestic and international repair feedback
cases. Address customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.

2. Capable of independently handling after-sales work for all international market clients, including the preparation of after-sales service manuals in both Chinese and English, and assisting in the filming of repair videos.

3. Manage the staff of the after-sales department, develop, and cultivate the after-sales team, establish and improve the after-sales department's system and related workflow.

4. Establish a technical analysis process system for product after-sales problems; continuously improve after-sales skills and professionalism.

5. Perform well in after-sales warning and maintenance data analysis, timely report product issues, and communicate and coordinate with relevant departments to find solutions.

6. Manage after-sales accessories and provide customer service

**Requirements**:
1. Major in electronics, electromechanical integration, Bachelor's degree or above, CET-6 or higher level of English proficiency.

2. Over 8 years of experience in technical or after-sales service work in electronic instruments, with at least 5 years of team management experience. Previous work
experience in after-sales service for small industrial product manufacturers is preferred.

3. Strong management, judgment and decision-making abilities, interpersonal communication and coordination skills, planning and execution capabilities.

4. Meticulous and rigorous work attitude, with a high level of enthusiasm and sense of responsibility.

5. Able to adapt to irregular international business trips to meet specific customer after-sales needs, with good English communication and writing skills, a spirit of teamwork, and strong stress resistance.

**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
