**BAT Malaysia**has an exciting opportunity for a Shopper Marketing Officer.**

The Shopper Marketing Officer supports the execution of trade programs across Global Travel Retail locations, focusing on in-store excellence, Brand Ambassador management, and shopper engagement—contributing to the ambition of accelerating a Smokeless World.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Oversee the planning and execution of Brand Ambassador (BA) deployment strategies, with a focus on AME Ensure optimal coverage and performance through effective scheduling, territory planning, and real-time adjustments.
- Manage relationships with BA agencies to ensure alignment with service level agreements (SLAs), performance KPIs, and compliance with brand standards. Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the Trade and Marketing Deployment teams to implement high-impact in-store executions, including promotional displays, planogram compliance, and point-of-sale material (POSM) deployment.
- Gather and analyze shopper behavior data and field feedback to generate actionable insights. Use these insights to support the development and refinement of trade campaigns and shopper marketing strategies.
- Act as the key liaison for the development and deployment of all direct engagement initiatives, including temporary promoter programs, in-store activations, and experiential marketing efforts.
- Lead the planning and development of field cycle instructions and training materials. Ensure timely rollout and alignment with campaign objectives, equipping field teams with the tools and knowledge needed for successful execution.

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing, agency management, on ground activation or related areas.
- Proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
