**About the Role**
We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive who can confidently engage with potential leads for cold-calling and appointment setting on behalf of our clients. If you’re empathetic, organized, and an excellent communicator, this is your opportunity to be the first point of contact for premium clinics and aesthetic brands across the region.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Lead Engagement & Follow-Up**
- Qualify leads by asking the right questions and understanding their needs
- Follow up consistently and maintain high response and engagement rates
- Track all interactions and update lead statuses in the CRM system

**Client Coordination & Feedback**
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure lead communication aligns with ongoing ad campaigns
- Relay feedback from leads to the client or ad team when necessary
- Help bridge the gap between marketing and sales with clear, timely communication

**Service Knowledge & Representation**
- Develop a strong understanding of our clients’ treatments, services, and offerings
- Represent each clinic or brand professionally and warmly, building trust with every conversation
- Ensure messaging is accurate, on-brand, and aligned with client positioning

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin is a bonus)
- Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy
- Prior experience in customer service, telesales, or clinic front-desk roles is preferred
- Highly organized and tech-savvy; familiarity with Social Media Inboxes, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and any other CRM tools
- Comfortable handling multiple clients and adapting tone of voice for different brands
