Area Manager

Responsible for communicating with ECP owner regarding of’ issues and feedback, summarizing relevant information, and reporting to the network development department or other relevant departments;
- Responsible for organizing the collection of PIC’s visits to the outlets, social media feedback and feedback from other departments on the image issues, service & operation standardization of outlets, and regularly collecting feedback to the regional outlet management department
- Responsible for organizing PIC’s report which included template been set by regional Network Management Department, End Point Terminal, mini gateway collection point and delivery (include but not limited to Network collection data, delivery data, parcel damage or lose, AWBless, delivery time, overall or project-based data and report) to PIC and assist PIC to resolve issue and report back to regional Network Management Department;
- Responsible for organizing network surrounding analysis included delivery volume, capacity and coverage and report to region Network Management Department accordingly;
- Responsible for collecting data of postcode, state area, destination and etc. requested by regional Network Management Department and report back to regional Network Management Department;
- Responsible for collecting Business Partner’s feedback on cross area restriction on collection and delivery and resolve. If cannot be resolved, revert to regional Network Management Department;
- Responsible for collecting feedback from PIC regarding on system interface, functions’ improvement and added features based on situation; (right to advice)
- Responsible for collecting data related to CCTV coverage from PIC, request to install CCTV for those outlet which currently doesn’t has and demand the PIC to complete before due date;
- Responsible for organizing PIC towards uncontrollable situation (included but not limited to float, storm, accident and etc.) to set up a resolve method to resolve as soon as possible;
- Responsible for delivering “Network Management Guideline” to all PIC and send IT to all the Network at the same time observe the execution of it, assist those network which unable to reach the target;
- Responsible for compiling on inaccuracy of weighting from PIC and report to regional Network Management Department
- Responsible for organizing new project observation from time to time, such as collection and delivery SOP. Formulate a solution based on the issue given by PIC. If could not solve the issue, revert to regional Network Management Department;
- Responsible for organizing PIC to assist HRBP, regional Admin Department and regional Finance Department on overall policy, rules and regulations and tasks given (included but not limited to collect Business Partners’ training needs; Admin policy’s delivery and contract signing, finance department’s policy and observe the collection of money);
- Responsible for organizing PIC on network safety management (IT), employee ID authorization (IT), System error (IT), Scanning Machine Error (IT), collection and delivery support needed request (fleet), Uncertainty of transportation report (fleet), safety education on driving (fleet), communicate with gateway on arrival and departure parcel’s volume (Gateway), observe problematic parcel (Gateway), observe and collect data of Ex parcel sorting flow (Network management, gateway) and timely communicate with related department;
- Responsible for organizing PIC assist on Business Partner ensure the poster, bunding and video sharing on time, assist promotion on personal APK and on ground promotion;
- Any other tasks assign by superior.

**Requirements: -**
- Posses own transportation and willing to travel within J&T Perak Outlet
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power Point.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
