Position : Office Administrator

Location : Bangsar South, KL

Working Hours : Monday - Friday

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily administrative operations, including procurement, equipment servicing, and IT support coordination.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure the availability of necessary resources and services.
- Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transfers.
- Maintain office documentation, filing systems, and oversee office facilities management.
- Manage lease agreements, health and safety procedures, and assist with office renovations or relocations.
- Oversee vendor contracts, payments, and yearly contract renewals.
- Assist with budgeting, office expense tracking, and payment processing.
- Support employee engagement activities and onboarding / offboarding processes.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in any field.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attentive, resourceful, proactive, and organized with sound problem solving skills.
- Able to contribute positively as a team player, assisting with various tasks as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
