**Responsibility**
- Manage full set of accounts
- Maintain updated accounting records
- Perform data entry and general daily accounting works
- In charge of Account Receivable/Payable (AR/AP)
- Prepare month-end general ledger and close journal entries.
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments and provide administrative support
- Liaise with bankers, external auditors, external tax agents, lawyers, and company secretary
- Liaise with other departments, suppliers, customers, contractors, bankers, etc. in respect of payments
- HR administrative work (e.g. claims, Payroll, EPF/SOCSO, taxation)
- Working alongside the Project Team to prepare project feasibility studies, market studies, cash flow projections, etc.
- Oversee the core of Treasury function - Daily banking operations (banking facilities)
- Responsible for the cash flow planning, utilization of bank facilities, and efficient use of cash as per objectives set by the company and group treasury
- Establish a good relationship with bankers and lawyers while handling the respective queries effectively
- Handle important documents as well as monitor collections
- Monitor and manage daily cash positions

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree/ACCA holder in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in Civil engineering/any engineering will be an added advantage
- Disciplined, self-motivated, passionate to learn & contribute, and can work independently
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in accounting system(s) [SQL Accounting & SQL Payroll] and MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (required)
