We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to support our finance team with daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in financial software. If you have experience in bookkeeping, financial data entry, and accounts management, we'd love to hear from you

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work on full set of accounts and prepare the necessary (e.g. journals, schedules, reconciliations) with full supporting calculations/documentation/explanations, to ensure accurate and timely monthly and year end close processes.
  • Handle statutory audits & assist in taxation matters, ensure compliance and clearance.
  • Maintain proper documentation and internal controls in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial information is accurate and up-to-date
  • To perform any other related duties when required.

Requirements & Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
