HR Admin Assistant

**Location**: Puchong
**Working hours**: 5.5 working days
- Assist day to day operations of the Human Resources & Administrations function and duties.
- Assist in recruitment and selection process for foreign worker.
- Prepares correspondence letters for foreign worker.
- Responsible for the update and monitor of the foreign worker attendance records, claims, overtime, and leaves records in HR system.
- Conduct orientation / induction for all newly join foreign worker.
- Assist in administrative activities such as stationery order, uniform arrangement, memo, etc.
- Liaise with government sector and other bodies concerning labor issues and working condition as well as the safety of all employee.
- Other duties as deemed necessary.
- **Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.**:
- At least 2 years working experience in the related field.**

- Willing work to travel outlets around KL & Selangor area.
- Possess own transport.
- Detail-oriented, willing to multi-task and able to work under pressure.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
- A Team player and Good time management skills.
- Good in both written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
