**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible in servicing or maintaining existing client accounts and establishing new clients accounts.
- Constantly propose new ideas to improve the online / on ground marketing event or activation planning and implementation process.
- Prepare Event or Live Show proposal in power point format to share to clients.
- Conduct research, make client site visits, and find new idea resources related to the event.
- Responsible in all aspect of an event from conceptualize to event production, includes planning, pitching and executing with multi department supports.
- Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships.
- Establish new brand partner that help enable and enhance the event or live show execution result.
- Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related stakeholders & matters.
- Able to contribute in planning, practice effectiveness in communication both internally within the company and externally with all other parties.
- Prepare sales report and sales forecast for monthly, quarterly & yearly planning.

**Job Requirements**:

- Able to work immediately will be added advantage.
- **Other Added Advantage**:

- Strong communication and writing skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
- Good team player and ability to work independently.
- Customer satisfaction.
- Prior work experience in event and exhibition industry.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
