**About the team**
Our Commercial team is a pivotal component of Doctor Anywhere. We're a tenacious group in charge of a wide range of business development and strategic partnership initiatives. Our primary job is to establish and expand our collaboration with insurance providers, healthcare agencies and corporate clients in order to provide healthcare to employees and the community.
**About the role**
We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales Assistant Manager to join our growing employee benefits sales team. This role focuses on driving sales of Doctor Anywhere's corporate healthcare solutions within the Singaporean market.
This role is based in Petaling Jaya, **Malaysia**
**A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows**:
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for Doctor Anywhere’s corporate healthcare products and services:
- DA Care (Outpatient product)
- Onsite Health Screening and Vaccination Services
- DA Orchard Medsuites (Executive Health Screening Centre)
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through a variety of channels including:
- LinkedIn and other relevant online platforms.
- Industry events and databases.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage your sales pipeline from lead qualification to proposal submission and closing.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their employee healthcare needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of Doctor Anywhere's corporate product suite and be able to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in HR and Employee Benefits within target organizations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track sales activities, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and provide regular reports on progress against targets.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant regulatory changes in the Singaporean healthcare market.
**About you**
- Minimum of 4 - 6 years of proven track record of success in a telesales or inside sales role, ideally within the B2B healthcare or employee benefits space
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
- Experience selling to HR and Employee Benefits decision-makers is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other Gen AI sales technology.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun
