Responsible for Account Payable and Account Receivable matters which include issuing debtors’ billing, receipts and collection reminding tasks, handle queries from debtors and other ad hoc tasks if required.
- Assist in day-to-day operation of the overall accounting functions which includes month end closing, preparing related journal entries and reconciliations, fixed assets register, account receivable, account payable.
- Assist in bank creation.
- Prepare payment
- Review accounting transactions and documentations to ensure compliance with statutory requirement.
- Prepare statement of accounts to account receivables on a timely basis
- Monitor debtors aging and follow up necessary action.
- Liaise with auditor, tax agent and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirement.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma and above in Accounting or related course.
- 2 year and above of relevant field working experience is highly preferable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Able to multitask and work in a challenging fast paced environment.
- Excellent time management and committed to work efficiently.
- Attention to detail and meticulous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
