- Supporting the Singaporean market
- Respond to customer’s general inquiries, feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Manage customer complaints and feedback accordingly
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time
**Requirements**:

- MUST HAVE at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Role
- Required language(s) : Fluent in English
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- *Ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage_

Salary Package : RM 2700.00 - RM 4000.00 per month
