Office Administrator

Job Summary:
- Serve as the point of contact between our company and the client, fostering a positive and professional relationship.
- Maintain and organize office facilities, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls for the team and client.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external documents, such as reports and presentations.
- Handle office supplies inventory, placing orders, and ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of expense reports and financial documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and manage associated documentation.
- Monitor office equipment and arrange for repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new team members.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM1,424.89 per month
