Customer Service Assistant

**Responsibilities**
Assumes the role of an ambassador of Berjaya Waterfront Sdn Bhd by providing exceptional customer service to internal and/or external clients in an utmost professional manner.
**Marketing Duties**
1. Promotes and maintain good public relations with Berjaya Waterfront Sdn Bhd clientele.
2. Resolve or channel issues faced by complex tenants.
3. To assist and coordinate advertising, promotions and marketing strategies and implement the process within stipulated time.
4. Responsible for developing an in depth understanding of Berjaya Waterfront Sdn. Bhd., including the layout and location of entrances, exits, lift, restrooms, emergency services, ferry terminal etc. so as to effectively assist customers and provide complete and accurate information regarding and query.
5. Responsible for proactively resolving customers complaints / issues / inquiries within the delegated level of authority or referring the problem for resolution / feedback by management, in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
6. Responsible for promoting ongoing promotions and giving enough information about it to the customer and encourage enrolment of the shoppers.
7. To executes the daily walkabout without fail.
8. To ensure all brochures and literatures are current in Customer Service Center
9. Execution, follow up and dissemination of daily reports to Berjaya Waterfront Sdn Bhd - Head of Departments.
10. To issue, disseminate, tabulate, compile and monitor Circulars issued to tenants.
11. To ensure the Customer Service Center is presentable at all times.
12. Implementation and/or execution of assignments, tasks, projects and/or duties in accordance to schedule and/or dateline allocated and company’s policies.
13. Maintaining and control of PA system in Control Room.
14. To work during odd hours when the need arises.
15. Other duties and responsibilities deemed necessary for the proper performance or advertising, promotions and event management for Berjaya Waterfront Sdn Bhd from time to time.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
