**Key Responsibilities**

**1.Operational Support**:

- Provide daily operational support to the department.
- Assist in managing meetings, documentation, and project logistics.
- Support the preparation of project plans and schedules.

**2.Project Implementation & Promotion**:

- Support the execution of business development projects.
- Assist in promotional activities, conferences, and workshops.
- Prepare marketing content such as brochures, social media materials, and newsletters.

**3.Reporting & Documentation**:

- Manage project data and development activities.
- Prepare periodic reports and summary analyses.
- Ensure proper organization and maintenance of project records.

**Required Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in **Business**, **Marketing**, or **Engineering**.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).

**Skills**
- Knowledge of project documentation and marketing material preparation.
- Basic understanding of market research and data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
