**Key Competencies**:
Support affiliates across Asia Pacific on Supply Chain Management in 3 scopes such as Replenishment, Inventory Management and Material Master Data. Aim to align all the business process with Global Service Design and deliver standardization process across all the countries globally.

**Qualification/Education**:

- University Degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent.

**Skills/Abilities**:

- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Planning skills.

**Knowledge/Language**:

- Proficiency in English (Spoken and Written).
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Power Points, MS TEAMS).
- Knowledge and Skill in Power BI would be an added advantage.
- Other Asian language skills would be an advantage.

**Work Experience**:

- 2-3 years of relevant work experience, ideally with multinational GBS in a customer facing role.
- Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain and Inventory Management.
- Strong experience with customer services, performance measurement systems, metrics and service levels..
- Knowledge and experience in SAP.

**Others**:

- Accuracy and attention to details.
- Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and be able to prioritize works with mínimal supervision.
- Have good sense of ownership and a good team player.

**Responsibilities**:

- Material master data maintenance in SAP.
- Responsible for affiliate demand and PO maintenance.
- Liaise with Supply Plant to confirm on PO Request Available Date.
- Deliver Metrics that can be used to measure supply chain management performance.
- Responsible to perform Inventory Reconciliation between LSP (Logistic Service Provider) and SAP to meet SOX requirement.
- Responsible to perform Inventory movement transaction such as Scrapping, PGR (Post Goods Receipt) and etc.
- Proper documentation of SOX reporting to the designated repository in a timely manner.
- Perform electronic filing for record retention.
- Perform and analyze OSSCE Reports (Operational Supply Chain Excellence Report) on a monthly basis.
- Perform and analyze Operational Control Report; Record findings and ensure mitigation control is in place.
- Escalate issues immediately to supervisor following 24:48 hours rule and follow up on action plan.
- Responsible to provide solution and advice to affiliate on Supply Chain Management related issues.
- Contact point for any intercompany issue.
- Contact point for any Quality issue.
