Finance cum Admin Assistant - Job Scope**Finance Responsibilities**
- Assist in preparing, recording, and maintaining financial transactions (invoices, receipts, petty cash, claims, payment vouchers, etc.)
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and update cash flow records.
- Prepare and maintain supporting documents for audits, taxation
- Monitor outstanding payments, follow up with clients, and prepare aging reports.
- Support in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

**Administration Responsibilities**
- Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, document preparation).
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and office maintenance arrangements.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and maintaining proper records.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers as required.
- Ensure proper documentation, organization, and confidentiality of company records.

**Other Duties**
- Assist management with ad hoc tasks and special projects.
- Support inter-departmental coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold compliance with company policies and government regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
