**Finance Duties**
- Handle **daily sales reconciliation**and payments.
- Prepare and record **invoices, receipts, and expense claims** accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date **accounts payable and receivable records**.
- Assist in **monthly financial reporting** and expense tracking.
- Support management in preparing **budgets and financial summaries**.
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and vendors when necessary.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions.

**Administrative Duties**
- Perform **general administrative tasks**, including correspondence, scheduling, and office organisation.
- Support **HR functions** such as attendance tracking, leave records, and claims submission.
- Maintain an organised filing system (digital and physical) for operational and HR documents.
- Assist with **inventory control**, ordering office supplies, and tracking consumables.
- Coordinate with the operations team for internal reporting and day-to-day tasks.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
