Lead the sales team to achieve sales target as assigned by the company
- Coach and manage the sales team to improve their sales and customer management skills
- Monitor and analyze sales and collection performance, and account’s aging
- Set goals and KPI and assess sales executive's performance and propose necessary corrective actions
- Ensure good rapport with all customer accounts and always on the look out for new market trends and business opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement various marketing plans and strategies
- Foster a competitive, collaborative and healthy team spirit within the sales team
- Prepare monthly sales forecast and sales performance report
