**Position**:Customer Service Executive
**Location**: Bandar Medini 7, Nusajaya, Johor
**Salary**:
- English Speaker - RM2100
- Malay Speaker - RM1900
**Working Days**:6 days, 1 day off
**Working Hours**: 24 / 7 (9 hour per shift)

**Requirements**:
- At Least SPM certificate or SKM Level 3 certificate
- Able to work rotational shift
- Mandarin speaker position also **AVAILABLE**:
- **Fresh graduates encouraged to apply**
- Regularly contacting customers to ensure their experience with a product or service is satisfactory.
- Direct calls from customers to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure positive attitude towards customers at all times.
- Possess strong understanding of company’s products.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
