Degree / Diploma in Business Studies or other related discipline.
- 3-4 years experiences in administering internal processes, office administration, corporate communication and/or events.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Detail oriented, well organize and presentable.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide general office administrative and corporate affairs support.
- Coordinates, support and schedule events, trade show, conferences, advertisement campaigns, CSR activities and other events.
- Maintaining non-trade vendors and group companies contact database, corporate files and contracts.
- Collaborate with all departments to standardize and simplify all internal processes and systems.
- Attend to all customer enquiries.
- Monitor corporate website and directory to ensure all information are complete and accurate.
- Prepare monthly and other related reports.
- Any other related job assigned by management.
