**The Role**
We are growing rapidly and are seeking a Regional Communications Lead to showcase the incredible developments at Intrepid to external audiences (clients, employees, investors, partners) while maintaining consistent brand integrity.
**Your responsibilities would include**:
- Establish and own the overall PR & Communications Strategy, identifying and leveraging the most effective channels (LinkedIn, social media, website, CRM, etc.) to achieve Intrepid’s company objectives.
- Build strategic partnerships with publishers, awards organizations, and events across SEA to position Intrepid as a thought leader in the industry.
- Work closely with Leadership, Business Development, People and other internal teams to align strategies and content with company goals, and create targeted campaigns for specific brands and categories for account-based marketing purposes.
- Develop creative, compelling, and engaging content (e.g., visual assets, videos) with in-house graphic design teams and external content agencies that sets Intrepid apart, acting as the voice and pen of the company. Maintain brand integrity as the custodian of our brand guidelines.
- Develop press releases for corporate developments, coordinate CEO interviews, manage public relations efforts, and serve as the primary spokesperson for media inquiries.
- Track program success by benchmarking against competitors and reporting outcomes to refine strategies continuously.
- Manage internal stakeholder announcements, newsletters, and employee updates to ensure seamless communication within the organization.
- Keep partners informed about key developments through newsletters and announcements while driving upsell opportunities via marketing case studies and social posts.
**Who we look for - the ideal profile**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications, preferably in a regional role within ecommerce, marketing, or tech industries.
- In-depth understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience in startups, SaaS, or tech/analytics is highly desirable.
- Field marketing experience (e.g., event management, marketing automation, lead generation) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal), with the ability to create compelling content that aligns with the brand’s tone of voice.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and planning abilities; proficiency in Excel.
- Strong aesthetic sense with proven experience managing visual content creation.
- Strategic and commercially minded individual who thrives in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- A collaborative team player who is culturally sensitive, results-driven, and adaptable to change.
