**Roles and Responsibilities**
- To provide general secretarial duties such as manage meeting schedules, reports, call screening, travel arrangements, planning functions and any other administrative matters.
- Reminding and conduct weekly diary meetings with the director to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations, and other requests.
- To perform secretarial duties and handles all confidential matters in a highly professional, discreet and organized manner.
- To assist the director of handling the attending visitors, guests and clients during functions and off-site meetings.
- To attend and prepare minutes of office meetings as well as meetings with clients, suppliers and business associates to follow up with the necessary action when required.
- To handles director monthly expenses claims and errands.
- Maintain a systematic and organized filing system for easy reference & retrieval and safekeeping of important documents and listings.
- Update and maintain systematic and proper filling records of Admin correspondences/ file.
- Assisting in organizing Company’s special events or Company’s activities and etc.
- To build sales strategies for the development of e-commerce activities.
- Responsible in development of all necessary marketing materials
- Maintain consistent responds with customers on any sales enquires, after sales services supports.
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be preferred for this position.
- Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Power Point.
- Required languages(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English preferred.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently under pressure.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess own transport.
- Female only

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
