**Overview on this position**:
This position is offered you with_ _**_Basic Salary_**_ _and **_High Commission Scale_**.

You will serve walk-in and online customers at our Hamel’s branches to give customers information about our products and services **(car tinted, costing, and PPF), **manage customer queries and complaints, ask to process orders, escalate complaints across a number of communication and acts as having a role in front-end sales at the branch.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a** positive, empathetic, and professional attitude** toward customers always.
- **Respond promptly **to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels **(WhatsApp/FB phone calls etc.)**:

- **Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints**.
- **Knowing our products** inside and out so that you can answer questions and **close sales.**:

- **Keeping records** of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- **Communicating and coordinating** with colleagues as necessary.
- **Providing feedback **on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- **Ensure customer satisfaction** and** provide professional customer support** from customer review feedback.

**Job Requirements**:

- ** High school Diploma** or college degree, or working towards a degree is helpful for this position, but comparable industry knowledge and experience would also be considered.
- **2-3 years** of prior customer service experience preferred
- Age 35 and below
- A successful associate will be results-oriented, able to meet goals, build relationships, and enjoy a team environment.
- **Excellent communication**, time management, and organizational skills
- **Cheerful personality **for phone/in-person sales

- Ability to work **10:00 am - 6:30 pm Monday - Saturday**:
