Customer Service Executive

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support related to cryptocurrency transactions, and crypto-linked products. Your role will be essential in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide support and resolve issues related to crypto-related transactions and products.
- Escalate unresolved issues to overseas team, follow up and collaborate with the relevant department to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, updates, and compliance requirements.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in system.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in financial services.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency basics is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., Mandarin, English) for regional and Chinese-speaking customer support.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
