The Administrative Cum Operations will be a key player in ensuring the seamless operation of the company while also contributing to its marketing and business development efforts.

Job Title : Administrative Cum Operation

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Senior Operation Executive in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of inventory for clinic and boutique
- To support the team preparing for Tender and E-Perolehan
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Ensure that all employees have valid passports and work permits required for their roles. This includes tracking expiration dates, renewing documents in a timely manner, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned by the Senior Operations Executive or the management to support the overall operations and growth of the company.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Possess own transport with valid driving license
- At least 2 years experience in related field.
- Good communication skills both written and oral : English and Bahasa Malaysia,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
