Business Development Assistant Manager

To identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies that drive company growth, profitability, and brand recognition both locally and internationally.
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Singapore and Malaysia markets.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with local and Singapore customers.
3. Plan and implement export sales strategies to achieve company targets.
4. Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth export operations.
5. Ensure compliance with Singapore import regulations and possess good knowledge of customs documentation.
6. Support marketing and promotional activities to strengthen the company’s brand presence in both markets.
7. Prepare sales reports and assist in strategic planning for domestic and international market growth.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (FMCG or food manufacturing preferred).
3. **Must be proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin).**
4. Strong business acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Proven track record in achieving sales growth and developing new markets.
6. Excellent communication and networking abilities.
7. Able to work independently and travel when required.
8. Passion or knowledge in vegetarian/healthy food is an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
