Procurement Coordinator

ROLE AND REPONSIBILITIES:
1. Project Scheduling & Monitoring:
- Assist in developing detailed project schedules and ensuring all phases of the project are completed on time.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with the established timelines.
2. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.
- Ensure that all project files are up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.
3. Coordination & Communication:
- Serve as the central point of contact for the project team, facilitating communication between clients, contractors, and internal departments.
- Coordinate daily project activities to ensure smooth collaboration between all parties involved.
4. Resource Management:
- Track resource allocation and ensure that all materials, tools, and equipment are available when needed.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to order supplies and manage inventory levels.
5. Risk Management & Issue Resolution:
- Identify potential project risks and communicate them to the project manager or relevant team members.
- Assist in resolving project-related issues and ensure that problems are addressed promptly.
6.Quality Control:
- Ensure that project tasks are completed to the required quality standards.
7. Project Documentation & Closure:
- Assist in preparing final project documentation, including reports, drawings, and contracts, for project closure.
8. Ensure proper handover of completed projects to clients, with all necessary documentation provided
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
