Personal Assistant Entry Level

Office : Menara Manulife ( accessible via MRT / bus T850, T820, T819 )
Personal Assistant (PA) involves a wide range of responsibilities to support senior managerial or directorial staff. Some key duties and responsibilities of a PA include:
- Acting as the first point of contact between the manager and clients.
- Screening and directing phone calls, handling requests, and queries appropriately.
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and making appointments.
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
- Organizing and attending meetings, ensuring the manager is well-prepared.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff.
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
- Arranging travel, visas, accommodation, and occasionally traveling with the manager.
- Taking dictation, transcribing minutes, and providing general assistance during meetings.
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
- Ordering office supplies, managing mail and courier services, and observing best business practices and etiquette.
Additionally, a successful PA needs to exhibit excellent organizational skills, proficiency in office software, advanced typing and recordkeeping abilities, strong communication skills, discretion, confidentiality, and a high level of attention to detail. The role of a PA can vary depending on whether they work in a corporate or household setting, but the core responsibilities involve providing personalized secretarial and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the manager's working life and communication
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
