You will partner with our employees and heads of departments to manage the employee lifecycle. Your goal will be to help build a performance-centric engaged organization. We aspire to achieve an environment where employees have a clear idea of performance expectations and see a long term fulfilling career at Deriv. You will be accountable for performance, employee engagement, communication, coaching and satisfaction. You will ensure that Deriv has an engaged workforce with meaningful work challenges outlined.
**What will be your role?**
- Scale Deriv by setting up systems and processes for performance, management, and career planning.
- Facilitate coaching and guide employees to fulfill their career aspirations.
- Be instrumental in employee growth and learning by identifying skill gaps and skill-building opportunities.
- Manage internal communication for better employee engagement and help maintain a dynamic organization with motivated employees.
- Identify key challenges employees face and collaborate with the management team to work out solutions.
- Improve leadership and functional capabilities through effective career development and internal promotions.
- Anticipate HR issues impacting business operations; provide recommendations and solutions when needed.
**Requirements**:
- University degree in human resources, psychology, business, or any other related field Complete
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Analytical mindset with a goal-oriented approach
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Ability to handle complex situations in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
