Position Overview: The Senior Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function, overseeing the full spectrum of HR operations including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and strategic workforce planning. This role plays a key part in driving organizational culture, engagement, and leadership development to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic HR Leadership Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Drive organizational development initiatives, including succession planning and talent management. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people -related matters and organizational effectiveness. 2. Talent Management & Recruitment Oversee end -to -end recruitment process for key hires and leadership positions. Develop talent pipelines to support current and future business needs. Implement effective onboarding and retention strategies to strengthen employee experience. 3. Performance Management & Development Manage the performance appraisal process and ensure alignment with business outcomes. Drive learning and development programs to enhance leadership and team capabilities. Identify high -potential employees and facilitate their growth through tailored career paths. 4. Compensation & Benefits Review and implement competitive compensation frameworks. Oversee payroll, incentive plans, and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with statutory and internal HR policies. 5. HR Governance & Compliance Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements. Maintain up -to -date HR policies, employee handbooks, and documentation. Lead HR audits and risk assessments as required.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.Proven experience in driving HR transformation, culture building, and strategic business partnering.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.High integrity, empathy, and the ability to lead with influence.
