Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's growth, culture, and business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, training, and retention strategies.
- Design and execute performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development.
- Advise senior management on HR policies, compensation structures, and employee relations matters.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. Review payroll entries and approve uploads for banking disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Undertake any additional HR-related tasks as required by management.
Administration:
- Supervise day-to-day administrative operations, including leasing agreements, IT systems, office supplies, and other office management tasks.
- Ensure efficient use of office resources and maintain a smooth administrative environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, payroll systems, and statutory compliance.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
