Procurement Executive

We are seeking a self-driven, detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Admin Executive to join our expanding team.
- Duties/Responsibilities:_
- Handle purchase order and delivery order.
- Manage company operations by maintaining office system, documentations and filing system.
- Book travel and hotel arrangements.
- Handling inbound and outbound inventory. Will need to physically manage and organize devices.
- Update and maintain weekly/monthly record of inventory and warehouse stock.
- Assists Senior Executive on import and export shipment
- Manage RMA requests and keep updated record.
- Vendor registration.
- Handle office administration activities such as, handling refreshments, office maintenance, purchasing, etc.
- Performs duties as assigned by superiors/management.
- Required Skills/Abilities:_
- Responsible, proactive, polite, and pleasant personality.
- Highly detail oriented.
- Able to work independently and multitask.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Education and Experience:_
- SPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
