Contract & Procurement Advisor

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Co-develop and deliver full contracting strategies and tactics for Logistics and Corporate, after taking full consideration of the business and HSSE considerations, including market capacity and capability, risk/exposure leveraging internal and external lessons learned and best practices to maximize value.
- To own and drive SC execution (contract, RTP, Supplier Operations HSSE)
- To further strengthen the robustness of supply chains, promote and drive improvement with all stakeholders, coaching other SC staff and providing leadership and training to end-users and contract holders to increase commercial benefit through effective contract management.
- To provide governance and ensure business ethics are maintained to the highest level in accordance with company principle.
- To promote Local business capacity and development.
- Contribute to people development to help promote Qatarization and local non-nationals (backbone of this organization).

- Competency Profile/requirement (Standard Applicable CP Competency Profile): Commercial Sourcing/Commercial Procurement JG4 with proven track record of managing commercial Logistics & Corporate contracts and delivery.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Ability to establish true partnership and build strong collaborative relationship with internal and external stakeholders (CO/CH/Local & Global CP and Categories managers/Contractors) to secure maximum value
- Proactive role to identify threats and opportunities, and to define appropriate mitigation and act accordingly
- Previous experience and track record with consolidation, ITT, technical, and commercial evaluation of major service contracts in a Brownfield environment (Logistics, Corporate and IT)
- Previous experience in a brownfield C&P environment preferably in high-complexity, highly integrated facilities will be an advantage
- Experience and knowledge in the Middle East are considered an advantage

**Additional Information**:

- Monday to Friday, ideally as much overlap as possible with Qatar time zone.
- Contract Duration: 6 Months. Potentially can be extended with up to 6 months
- Location : Cyberjaya

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
