**Job Summary**:

- Compliance to the Concession Agreement inclusive of Statutory & By-Law requirements
- Deduction & Demerit are zero or minimized.
- The KPI are meeting contractual requirement.
- Cost effective Operation & Maintenance with respect to procurement efficiency
- Additional works revenue.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of PO/WO including call for Quotations and verification of the cost.
- Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance work.
- Evaluating risk and implement cost control.
- Verification on the materials/goods received.
- Manage store with regard to inventories transactions including allocation of proper account codes during issuing out of the inventories.
- Monitor and provide guidance to the Storekeeper on good store management.
- Participate in additional works program including preparation of BQ and cost estimation.
- Involve in the coordination meeting during the implementation of additional work and work out an action plan if there is any issue.
- Update drawings and relevant documents upon completion of additional works.
- Prepare documents for submission to account department for payment to sub-contractor/supplier.
- For additional works program, prepare documents to account department for invoicing purposes.
- To undertake any other tasks as assigned by top management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Survey, Building Survey or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience related to contract & procurement.
- Well-versed in MS Office especially MS Word, MS PowerPoint & Excel
- High independence with excellent problem-solving.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships.

**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM4,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
