- Associate to handle general enquiries of customers over phone calls and live chats

電話やチャットを介した顧客の一般的な問い合わせ全般に対応します。
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller

お客様と高水準のプロ意識を維持し、あらゆる発信者とポジティブな関係を築くため取り組む必要があります。
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.

アカウントの情報を更新することで、顧客記録を維持します。
- Exemplary communication skills and customer-oriented approach

模範的なコミュニケーションスキルと顧客志向のアプローチを行います。
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively

プレゼンテーション能力、説得力、コミュニケーション能力。
- Good knowledge of computer

パソコン知識のある方。

**Job Requirement (仕事要件)**
- Japanese Speaking with Kanji writing skill

漢字を書くスキルと日本語を話すスキルが必要
- Both native & non-native are welcome

日本人と外国人の両方を歓迎します
- Non - Native should have N1 or N2 certification

外国人の方は N1、N2 の認定を取得している必要

電子商取引の経験をお持ちの方は優遇致します

英語のコミュニケーションスキルを持つ候補者を歓迎しますが、必須ではありませ ん
- 3 weeks of paid training

3 週間有給トレーニング
- Able to work on flexible shift hours

臨機応変なシフト勤務が可能な方。

(日本時間午前1時以降の深夜勤務はありませ ん)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
