Communicating with franchise owner regarding any issues and feedback, summarizing relevant information;
- Visiting the outlets, service and operation standardization of outlets;
- Receiving report by Area Manager and resolve issue;
- Organizing network surrounding analysis included delivery volume, capacity and coverage accordingly;
- Collecting data postcode, state area, destination and etc.;
- Collecting Business Partner’s feedback on cross area restriction on collection and delivery and resolve;
- Providing on system interface, functions’ improvement and added features to Area Manager based on situation; (right to advice)
- Collecting data related to CCTV coverage;
- Resolving all the uncontrollable situation (included but not limited to float, storm, accident and etc.) as soon as possible;
- Delivering “Network Management Guideline” to all outlet and observe the execution of it, assist those network which unable to reach the target;
- Collecting data on inaccuracy of weighting and report;
- Observing collection and delivery SOP for new project. Formulate a solution based on the issue;
- Assisting other department on overall policy, rules and regulations and tasks given;
- Arranging, observing, executing in operation and timely communicate with related department;
- Assisting on Business Partner and on ground promotion;
- Report to Area Manager from time to time
- Any other tasks assign by superior.

**; Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates with diploma / degree are also encourages to apply.
- Highly self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Result oriented, self driven and persuasive.
- Able to work in a team as well as independent.
- Fluency in Written and Spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Process own transport
- This position is required to travel and perform outdoor activities.
