We’re on the hunt for a **Sales Designer or Sales Manager** who’s not just good with people — but someone who lives and breathes design, sales, and the thrill of closing a deal. If you’re looking to blend creativity with business, this is your opportunity to build something great.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Inspire and Consult**
- Meet clients, understand their vision, and bring it to life
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and turn spaces into stories
- Guide clients through material selections, layouts, and design options
- **Sell with Confidence**
- Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries
- Prepare professional proposals, quotes, and presentations that wow
- Close deals with flair and meet (or exceed) monthly sales targets
- **Design and Deliver**
- Collaborate with our in-house design and production teams
- Translate ideas into drawings (basic CAD/SketchUp experience is a plus)
- Ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to project handover
- **Lead the Team (Manager Role)**
- Mentor and support junior designers or sales staff
- Analyze sales metrics and implement winning strategies
- Be the go-to leader for performance, culture, and customer experience

**Who You Are**:

- Passionate about design, interiors, and customer service
- Proven sales experience in carpentry, furniture, interior design, or renovation industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Tech-savvy - comfortable with CRM systems, basic design software, and WhatsApp-ing clients
- Organized, driven, and motivated by results
- (Bonus) Can sketch or use AutoCAD/SketchUp to visualise design concepts

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
