Sales Operation Executive

Job summary: The Operation Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operational activities within the plantation, packing and distribution processes. This role ensures smooth workflow between production, logistics and sales teams maintaining quality, efficiency and consistency in supply operations. Key responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate daily operations for planting, harvesting, packing and delivery. - Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with MyGAP and company standards. - Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. - Track inventory levels of fresh produce, packaging materials and farm inputs. - Assist in planning and scheduling manpower, transportation and delivery routes. - Prepare operation reports and update management on productivity, issues and improvement plans - Identify and troubleshoot operational challenges to minimize delays or losses. - Ensure all farm and packing activities comply with health, safety and environmental standards. - Support implementation of technology systems and automation in farm operations - Conduct field visits and liaise with farms teams across different locations. Requirements: - Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related fields. - Minimum 2 years of experience in agriculture operations, food production or logistics. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and coordination abilities. - Able to read and communicate fluently in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu and English. - Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. - Willing to travel across Malaysia for site visits or operational support. - Possess own transport and valid driving license.
