Full job description Company Overview Our client are an elder home care center dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to seniors. As they prepare for our next stage of growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to lead our operations and drive strategic expansion. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement business strategies to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and profitability.Identify and execute expansion opportunities, including new service lines, branch openings, and strategic partnerships.Lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance and collaborative culture.Monitor and manage budgets, financial reports, and key operational KPIs to ensure financial health and accountability.Leverage infotech, modern technology, and AI to streamline processes, improve the client experience, and support sustainable growth.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain the highest standards of care.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, families, partners, and government agencies.Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and reports for internal decision-making and external stakeholder engagement. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the healthcare, elder care, hospitality, or service-related industries.Experience working in a listed company is highly preferred.Strong proficiency in IT and digital systems, with the ability to implement innovative solutions for operational efficiency.Demonstrated skills in presentation, proposal development, and report writing.Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of first principles thinking, capable of long-term planning and agile decision-making.Adaptable, hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage diverse teams and dynamic environments.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.A passion for elder care and contributing to community well-being is highly desirable.
