JOB DESCRIPTION :

* Perform equipment installation at client locations across Malaysia as instructed by the immediate supervisor.

* Support and carry out all service jobs efficiently and in accordance with company guidelines.

* Act as a product/application specialist to assist the sales team in training and guiding clients on equipment usage.

* Maintain all testing equipment, tools and diagnostic materials in good working condition.

* Receive client feedback and advise management on suitable solutions.

* Stay updated with current and future product technologies.

* Ensure all equipment received for repair or service is attended to and resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

* Work closely with the admin team to communicate with customers/resellers/end-users for PPM services and repair/service updates.

* Collaborate with the sales team to increase market share for company products.

* Work with lab technicians for technical support, repair and maintenance activities.

* Perform any other ad-hoc tasks to support sales, marketing and lab services as instructed.

* Diploma in Biomedical Engineering.

* ⁠Fresh Graduate encouraged to apply

* Willing to travel and perform equipment installation

* Strong communication skills and able to collaborate effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
