Responsibilities:

  • Supporting project planning, consultant and contractor engagement, procurement process, contract administration, and ensuring timely approvals from authories
  • Monitoring project progress, coordinating with stakeholders, assisting in risk management, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standard
  • Supporting project completion process, including CCC, CMGD, and Final Account closure
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Architecture/Civil and Structure Engineer/Project Management/Building Construction or any related field
  • Exposure with township, landed properties, high rise, miced-use development, commercial building etc
  • 2-5 years total work experience required project planning and development
