Job Specilization: Senior Project Executive (QS)

Job Descriptions:

  • To prepare estimates, feasibility studies and attending all the pre and post contract coordination meetings.
  • To lead the preparation of the Tender Documents.
  • To prepare Pre-tender estimate, calling tender, tender advertisement and attending tender opening.
  • To analyse tender submitted, prepare tender report and attend post-tender interview.
  • To prepare draft Letter of Acceptance and Contract Documents.
  • To prepare monthly site valuation for interim payment, advise on contractual arrangements of the project and attend all site meetings.
  • To involve in measurement of quantities for purpose of tender documentation and progress payment.
  • To prepare and assess variation order, remeasurement and final account.
  • To prepare financial statement.

Job Highlights:

1) Bachelor's Degree holder in Quantity Surveying.

2) Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in similar capacity.

3) Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM5, RM7,500.00 per month
