STORE EXECUTIVE (PRODUCTION STORE)

Location: Koike (M) Sdn. Bhd., Port Klang, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Check and verify all incoming and outgoing material records to ensure accurate and reliable daily stock reporting for the related department.
  • Ensure all incoming materials are properly stacked in designated areas after QA inspection, and that quantities received are accurately updated in the stock movement report.
  • Immediately report any discrepancies, damages, or wrong deliveries to the superior for corrective action.
  • Verify and confirm Goods Received Notes (GRN) generated manually or via the ERP/SQL system upon receiving verified Delivery Orders (DO) or Packing Lists from the Store Clerk.
  • Verify and confirm Delivery Orders (DO) before handing them to suppliers or transporters for goods, tools, or equipment sent to third parties for servicing, repairs, or rework.
  • Assist other sections with documentation when required, especially during staff absences or urgent situations.
  • Ensure all related documents are properly filed and maintained in compliance with ISO requirements.
  • Prepare monthly closing stock reports as required by management.
  • Conduct month-end stock checks and variance analysis to ensure accuracy between physical and system stock.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Business Administration (Degree in related fields is an added advantage).
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the Store or Inventory Department, preferably within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Strong supervision and coordination skills.
  • Experience using SQL Inventory or ERP Systems is an advantage.
  • Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
